Lonergan and Psychology Blog
« on: June 02, 2021, 07:52:52 PM »
I have recently started posting to a blog site entries related to Lonergan and psychology. I have created this site as a vehicle for psychoeducation as part of my counseling practice but the posts are also aimed at exposing to new audiences the work of philosopher Bernard Lonergan, who is my principle source of inspiration. I spent may hours in courses at Boston College with Lonergan’s own students and have written most of my scholarly articles on his ideas. Lonergan’s work at second hand has also been a key feature of my courses and central to my own understanding of my work as a counselor and in providing a theoretical framework for the integration of diverse theories and interventions.
